Our Policies
Shipping Policy

We will ship the goods in the same day if you make order and payment before 2.00 p.m. After this time, your goods will be ship out on next day.

No ship out will be made on Saturday since our shop was close on this day.

For Peninsular, normally goods will arrive within 2 to 5 days. For Borneo will take 5 to 7 days.

During MCO, the courier service may have slightly delay delivery to your address if in certain area and also that have Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan Diperketakan (PKPD) applied.

Any enquiry about parcel after we ship to courier service, the customer should directly call the respective courier service and represent the tracking number to check the status.

If the customer have any issue that can not be solve with the courier service, the customer can call or whatsapp our customer service at 018-473 8229.

Return Policy

Customer will allow to return product ONLY for reason as bellow :-

1. Product that have factory issue.

2. Product that have damage during courier.

Step to return back product :-

1. Picture or video of faulty / damage product must be send to us by email or whatsapp upon receiving item. You can email to nsniagaresources@gmail.com and whatsapp to our customer service at 018-473 8229.

2. Faulty / damage item must be packed back properly.

3. We will send an Return Airwaybill (Normally J&T) to you by whatsapp or email. You must print out and use it to ship the return item. After that, you must send to courier service to ship to us.

4. We will only replace back the faulty / damage item with the same model and quantity. No money will return back.

5. All faulty / damage item must be return within 2 days after received the goods.
